Requesting a service is so easy!
A service can be requested from a customer or a business can create the request from the list of available services offered. When customers create a service order, they can enter any notes they want in the customer comments section.
Once the service request has been created, an alert will be sent to both the business representative and the customer. The service order will be pending until the business representative confirms the cost. The business will have the ability to change the cost (especially in the case of estimates) and send detailed comments for the customer to see.
Once approved, the customer can pay for the service.

View the status of each stage at once on your Dashboard!
When you log in to your business account, your Dashboard will show you all of your summaries and status totals. At one glance, you can see the number of services pending, started and completed. You will be able to see your total numbers of customers, technicians, and offered services. Each day, you will be able to track all scheduled orders waiting to be started, in progress, and completed to ensure all daily services are complete.
Your calendar will show all of your scheduled service orders along with the customer's name. You can scroll through each month to see service orders scheduled in the future or completed in the past.

You will see a list of all of the businesses you have selected and be able to view any of his or her offered services by clicking on any of them.
